I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (License No. SW22578) with a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of South Florida. I am also a wife, a mom, a business owner, and a musician.

I’ve been fascinated by the inner workings of the mind for as long as I can remember, but my passion for becoming a therapist was truly solidified after experiencing the positive impact of therapy in my own life at a young age. That experience continues to shape the compassion, hope, and authenticity I strive to bring to every session.

During my training, I completed internships in neuroscience-focused settings, including a neurofeedback clinic and a research project exploring brain function and behavior. These experiences strengthened my appreciation for the connection between the brain, emotions, thoughts, and behavior and continue to influence the way I understand the therapeutic process.

Since 2020, I have worked as a therapist in private practice, helping teens and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, depression, and other emotional struggles. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive environment where you feel understood while also helping you build practical skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy is about more than reducing symptoms—it’s about helping you develop confidence, strengthen your relationships, discover your resilience, and build a life that aligns with your values. I am committed to providing effective, evidence-based care and regularly pursue continuing education to stay current on the latest research and treatment approaches.

I look forward to walking alongside you as you work toward the life you want to create.
