  I am in-network with several insurance companies including:

  Oscar Health, United Healthcare, Oxford, Cigna, Aetna, webTPA, Blue Cross Blue Shield, AvMed, Luminare Health, Meritain Health, FL Blue, & ClaimDOC, Quest Behavioral Health

  I am also able to provide a superbill for out-of-network clients for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

• Cancellation Policy
  We require a 24 hour cancellation notice. Appointments with late cancellation or no show are billed at full session rate.
